Travel Documents

The Client agrees to review the itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform the Company promptly of any issues. The names on these documents must match the Client’s government-issued ID.

 

Booking Confirmation & Payment

To confirm a reservation, complete payment is necessary. Information about payment methods can be located in the accompanying invoice.

If the booking is made more than two months before the service date, the payment deadline is set at two months prior to the service date. 

In the case of a booking made less than two months before the service date, an immediate payment is mandatory.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Clients are required to communicate any cancellations to the Company in written form.

2. If cancellations are made one month or more before the scheduled service date, a full refund will be granted.

3. Cancellations made within the period ranging from one month to two weeks before the scheduled service date will result in a 50% refund.

4. Cancellations made within two weeks prior to the scheduled service date are non-refundable.

Third-Party involvement

During the provision of our services, the Company may arrange or coordinate with third-party companies or establishments such as restaurants, workshops, taxi companies, and others to enhance the Client’s experience.

 

Services provided

The Company’s services encompass transportation, restaurant arrangements, workshop activities and guiding all tailored to enrich the Client’s experience. Given the intricate nature of our tours, it is imperative for us to oversee all services throughout the tour. Consequently, we exclusively offer full service and do not provide solely guiding services.

 

Liability and Indemnification

  1. While the Company strives to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, the Client acknowledges that participation in outdoor activities and travel-related services carries inherent risks. The Client agrees to participate at their own risk and will not hold the Company liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or inconveniences incurred during the service.
  2. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s actions or any third-party claims.
  3. The Company strongly recommends to the Client to purchase a trip cancellation and travel accident insurance.

 

Changes to Itinerary

  1. The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, including adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, safety concerns or other factors. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of similar value.
  2. In the case of last-minute change requested by the Client, the Company may ask the Client to pay additional related fees.

 

Risks of Travel and Release

We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control or any acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards including pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or the suitability for a disabled person of any portion of any trip.
